𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴 came alive with energy, learning, and plenty of good vibes as we brought the community together for a day dedicated to men’s health and diabetes awareness.

From FREE health screenings to expert consultations, visitors had the chance to get real insights into their health — and walk away with actionable steps to stay on top of it.
And yes… the FREE COFFEE definitely kept spirits high. ☕🔥

But the real star of the day?
The Eat Wise Challenge — a fun, interactive showdown guided and judged by our dietitian, Ms. Faznim, where our team members built their very own Healthy Plate. The activity got everyone thinking differently about nutrition, portion control, and making smarter food choices.
It wasn’t just an activity.
