【Red Yeast】was never created to make a dish that is “strongly tonic.”
It began with a very practical question: Can everyday food also be good for the body?
红曲馆的开始,并不是为了做一道“很补”的药膳,而是为了回答一个很现实的问题——日常吃的东西,能不能同时对身体好? 🤔
This question came from the personal experience of Ngiam Chee Jieh(TCM Physician), founder of our medical food practice.
“After my child fell ill, I began to rethink the relationship between food and the body. That was when I started my journey into medicinal soup and food therapy.”

Dr.Ngiam once shared: “I don’t want medicinal food to appear only when someone is sick. I hope it can quietly nourish the body through everyday life.”

Want your foot soak to be more effective? Remember these 5 key tips 👇
1️⃣ Best time: 9pm–11pm
In TCM, this is the “kidney nourishment” golden hour — soaking now works better!
2️⃣ Water temperature: 38–42°C
Test with your fingers — warm, not burning hot.
3️⃣ Water level: cover the ankles
Even better if it reaches mid-calf for deeper warmth.
4️⃣ Herbal boost: add a herbal foot bath 🌿
Helps improve circulation and relax the meridians.
5️⃣ Stay warm afterward
Dry your feet immediately and wear socks — don’t let wind or cold undo the benefits!
