🍫 Are granola bars really as healthy as we think?
Many people eat granola bars as
✔ breakfast
✔ a work snack during overtime
✔ a “healthy” treat
But did you know?
“Honey / fructose syrup / fruit juice concentrate” = still sugar
👉 Some granola bars contain more sugar than chocolate.
A small bar can be high in calories, low in protein, and
you get hungry again very quickly.
💡 A better choice:
✔ Sugar ≤ 5–8g
✔ Enough protein (10-15g)
✔ Simple ingredients (oats, nuts, seeds)
