Pain is a function. If you wait for the pain to go away before moving, you’ll be waiting a long time.

When pain is linked to movement, the movement needs correction.

For example, if running hurts your knees, change your running technique.

If standing up after long periods of sitting causes back pain, stand up more frequently.

We often underestimate our body’s plasticity.

Gravity is a distortion of spacetime, not a force pressing you down. Stop fighting it and learn to move with it. Your body is not just a weight-lifting machine; it explores spacetime.

举个例,骨盆前倾能让双腿灵活,骨盆后倾能提高整体稳定性,灵活就不稳定,稳定就灵活不了,运动的目的应该是以维持骨盆顺利转换,动起来灵活,定下来沉稳。
