🌕 年底的焦虑,不代表你没有成长|写给在 2025 感到“交白卷”的你

到了年尾,我们常常只看见自己的“不够好”。
但其实,你比自己以为的走得更远。

原来,我们应该这样总结 2025

每到年底,很多人都会开始焦虑:
“这一年好像什么都没做成。”
“是不是又交了一张白卷?”

但其实,我们常常掉进两个总结陷阱:
① 只看成果的回顾:业绩?项目?数字?如果不亮眼就否定整一年。
② 只看缺失的回顾:没瘦下来、没升职、没学会新东西,于是觉得自己“做得不够”。

但心理学告诉我们:
一年真正的总结有三个更深的层次。

(A)事实层|你的“年度故事”是什么?

问问自己:
• 今年,我经历了哪些事件?
• 哪些瞬间,悄悄把我改变了?
• 哪些看似平凡,却成为我人生的伏笔?

我们不是由结果定义,而是由故事构成。

(B)自我功能层|我今年变得不一样了吗?

心理学认为:成熟比成功更重要。

你可以想想:
• 我在哪些事上,情绪更稳了?
• 我在哪些关系里学会了画边界?
• 哪些困难中,我练习了承受、没有逃跑?

这些“别人看不见”的改变,
其实都是你最安静、最珍贵的成长。

(C)意义层|我从经历里带走了什么?(最关键)

有些年的意义,不在于“我做成了什么”,
而在于:
我撑过了什么。

有些年的价值,不在于结果多好,
而在于:
经历再难,我依然愿意相信明天。

✨ 写在最后

也许你以为自己交了一张白卷,
但如果你回头看看,会发现:
你挺过了很多别人不知道的时刻,
也在无声处,悄悄成为更稳、更柔软、更真实的自己。

愿你在 2026 年继续以自己的速度前进。
不急、不比、不慌张。
因为你已经在成长的路上。

Who We Are

We are three mental health professionals who had the same answer to the following question:

Why pursue Psychology?

Our answer is as simple as it sounds. Our pursuit of psychology is driven by our desire to promote mental healthcare in Malaysia. As the first mobile mental health service provider, the aim of Milestone Psychological Services is to make mental health services as accessible as possible to all – wherever you are. On top of providing one-on-one consultation services or therapies, we also strive to boost public awareness about the importance of psychological well-being through extensive psychoeducation in your province or state.
