𰻝𰻝面（发音：Biángbiáng miàn）是陕西地区的传统面食，因拉面时的“biáng—biáng—”声而得名。面条宽厚如裤带，口感劲道，常搭配臊子和油泼辣子。因“biáng”字复杂难写，常用拼音代替。

Biángbiáng noodles are a traditional dish from Shaanxi, named after the “biáng—biáng—” sound made during the noodle-pulling process. The noodles are wide and thick like a belt, with a chewy texture, and are typically served with minced meat sauce and chili oil. Because the character “biáng” is extremely complex and hard to write, it is often replaced with its pinyin spelling.
