108 Sun Salutations Year 2023

This is the first 108 Sun Salutation event we did and I'm truly humbled to have everyone here to practise together as we welcome the first sun rise of the year.
Throughout the countings our emotions arise, we may physically drained but we continue moving forward. Til, we cheer from our heart when we finally count to 108🎉
My heart is full seeing everyone with a contented smile on the face. Gratitude bow to everyone for joining. Thank you for our sponsors and too💐

Inviting all of you to join our very first 108 Sun Salutation on New Year🌞

Date: 1/1/2023 (Sun)
Time: 7am-9am (please arrive 15mins earlier to set up)
Fee: RM10
(Kindly register before 30/12/2022)

What is 108 Sun Salutation?
☀️108 is a sacred, significant number in many ways
☀️108 has been associated with deep spirituality and connection between the universe and humankind
☀️For those who are new to it, yes, we are going to do 108 sets of Sun Salutation

Why doing it?
☀️Practising 108 is a meditative practice that connect the body, the mind and the universe
☀️You'll find the benefits of it only after the process

That's too much, what if I can't finish it?
☀️The goal is 108,but it is the intention that matters
☀️You can always take a break if you need it, modify if you need it
☀️Last but not least, make it a heart-centered practice, not an ego-based practice
