TOOK A LONG BREAK?
Most of us took the last month to slow down or take a break in our physical exercises. Starting your movement routine is always daunting.
Will I be able to keep up in class?
Can I still touch my toes?
Will people judge me?
We can assure that it happens to all of us! It's more of a mental hurdle than an actual physical one. So let's take it step by step.
Here are some tips:
♡ Book ONE class and commit to it. Set reminders and alarms
♡ Grab a friend cause yoga is always more fun with a friend! (Pro tip: They can also be your accountability partner)
♡ Make sure you get your yoga outfit ready (don't put too much pressure for it to be cute. Functional is where we are at now! 🤣). If you are coming from work, keep your change of clothes in the car.
♡ Don't worry about nailing the poses in class. Your goal is to be present, breathe and move.
And if you feel happy and satisfied after class...repeat 😁
So take that first big step onto your yoga mat and all will flow through...♡
