Orthopedic Doctors: Climbing stairs and mountain hiking are the most stupid exercises.

Climbing stairs and mountain hiking are weight bearing exercises. The joints below the waist must bear the weight of the whole body. For example a body weight of 60KG, the two knees carry as high as 240KG when moving downhills, which is very damaging to the knee joints.

Four Basic Ways to keep your knee joint healthy while hiking mountains:
1. Strengthen the muscle groups around the knee joints
2. Use knee braces.
3. Using shoe insoles that will provide the stability, comfort as
well as correcting the structural abnormalities.
4. Wear well-supported shoes.

There are two parts to an aloe vera leaf: Gel & Leaf juice.
Most people are familiar with Gel. It is the odorless and clear liquid at the innermost part of the leaf. Aloe latex, or juice, seeps from the leaf when cut. It is yellow in colour and has a bitter taste.

The safest part to ingest is Gel. The Leaf Juice or latex has laxative properties and can cause serious health complications if used too often.

Take aloe vera with caution if you have diabetes, intestinal conditions (eg Crohn's disease or obstruction), hemorrhoids and kidney problems.

These 3 steps are normally missed out or not carried out properly:

1. Wash hand with ANTIBACTERIAL hand soap and DRY hands with a lint-free towel. Avoid MOISTURISING soap.

2. Place the lens in the palm of your hand, apply a generous amount of solution and gently rub the lens against your palm with your pointer finger, using a BACK-and-FORTH (NOT CIRCULAR) motion.

3. The FDA recommends that even if you are using a "No-Rub"product, rubbing lens is still preferable.
