If I can choose, I would rather live in suburban area.🙆‍♂️

I like the green, space and tranquility of the suburban.

I would like to spend my weekends at this balcony, flipping some pages of my favorite book while sipping a cup of aromatic coffee, in nice cooling weather after the rain.

As good as it sounds, living in suburban also mean that you will have uninvited guests from the dense trees nearby, intruding your home.

We have this project in Damansara Heights, to cover up the balcony area to fence off naughty fellow, monkeys. 🐒🙈🙉

We have this safety cables mounted directly onto the awning structure on top of the balcony.

Unless those monkeys went for few years subscription to nearby gymnasium, most probably they will not be able to climb through our security cables. 🫰

Last week, was the final week that we have to ramp up our installation to complete the project in Joseph's Institution International School Malaysia.

Long cut short, the school requested to increase the safety of all the existing railing surrounding the whole school compound. We added additional 1 feet height to extend the height of the fences of the higher floors.

This reduces the risk further as the center of gravity as the fence is lowered down. Also, we have to fully cover 6 floors of the school's main staircase with safety grille. There are total 350 height barriers that we have to extend across the whole school.

We have some hiccups in installation as the school only allows us to install after 3.00 pm everyday, the time after the students leaving the school. Normally, when we are just about to warm a little, it is already late evening.

The darkening sky prevented us from working further everyday. Hence, we have no choice but to continue the next day. Day by day, after 4 months marking our completion of the project.

Taaa.. Da..!
