- 25 g soy protein isolate powder (chocolate-flavored)
- 1 ripe banana π
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder π«
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk π₯
- 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter π₯
- 1 tbsp flax seeds π±
- 1 tbsp chia seeds π±
