🍫 Chocolate Protein Bliss Smoothie 🍫
This high-protein, LOW GI (diabetic-friendly) smoothie is perfect for a quick, healthy, and satisfying treat. 🌟

πŸ“ Ingredients:
- 25 g soy protein isolate powder (chocolate-flavored)
- 1 ripe banana 🍌
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk πŸ₯›
- 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter πŸ₯œ
- 1 tbsp flax seeds 🌱
- 1 tbsp chia seeds 🌱
