在华人 *传统信仰和民俗文化* 中，“冲花凉”
是一种具有净化、驱邪、祈福功能的民俗仪式，这个习俗通常会在一些特定节日或仪式中进行，比如端午节、鬼节、七月半、运势不顺时、参加丧事后等。

🌿 为什么要“冲花凉”？主要有以下几个原因：

1. 辟邪驱晦
• 人在外面走动或参加特定仪式（如丧事或
祭拜后), 可能“沾染”了阴气或不洁之气。
• 用花水洗身，是象征性地清除霉气、晦
气、秽气，让自己重新“干净”。

2. 转运改运

常遇小人，家中老人或师傅可能会建议冲
花凉，寓意“洗去霉运、迎来好运”。

这是一个容易让人患病的年代。
有些病是自己累积出来的，有些则是被外界因素感染的。

从去年十一月到现在，我已经为大约200位朋友看过流年运程。大多数人今年都面临了一些健康问题。在这个被病菌充斥的时代，套句老话，小病是福。

朋友们，在这匆忙的时光里，尝试放慢自己的节奏吧，要学习减压，更重要的是，学会好好爱自己。给自己一个休息的时刻，别忘了给心灵也留些空间。
