In my five years of practice, my approach has always been full hands-on, utilizing joint mobilization, deep tissue work, myofascial techniques, dry needling, IASTM, and active rehabilitation. However, I've often encountered challenges when dealing with tendon issues and chronic pain. I've constantly aspired to achieve better results in such cases.

That's why we began exploring additional options and were thrilled to discover Evo Performance My (https://www.evoperformance.com.my), the supplier of EMS Doloclast (https://www.ems-dolorclast.com) in Malaysia. (Please also note that different brands of Shockwave machine have their own efficacy.) The results we've achieved have been nothing short of amazing!

Exciting news! After almost 5 years with , I've taken the leap and am now on my own with Sijorehab & Training]. Reflecting on the past years in PR and all I can say is, WOWzer. They say time flies when you're having fun, and it definitely did!

😄 I've grown so much in my role and my perspectives have shifted along the way - and thank you team for adapting to my growth and supported me.

I'll never forget the great memories, hilarious moments, and amazing colleagues that made each day a joy. I am lucky to have met one of the best people around. Thank you for everything! 🙏

It all started from 2018 when I was introduced to [Level 1 GEMt Australia dry needling] by and was taught by . I was in awe by the way he speaks about the human body and I could only imagine how he is like when he treat his patients.

Fast forward to 2019, I completed my Level 2 & Level 3 and was taught by GEMt founder himself, Mr. Robert.

And now in 2022, I am representing GEMt to teach dry needling to all physiotherapists, chiropractors and rehab doctors in our home country, Malaysia. So so surreal but real, you feel me? From supervising, helping to sanitise, restocking the needles, helping clear rubbish (still do occasionally 😛) to shadowing and now presenting and leading the whole course for the past 3 batches.

Very humbled and thrilled by this experience. Once a mentor asked me, who among us would have the most learning curve in the classroom? The teacher herself. Now I truly resonates with her.

Thank you all who trusted in me. Thank you also to for supporting me to take time off at work to do this. 🙏🏽
