Due to my work I always feel that I need to rest and unwind more. I am unable to sleep well as I am on standby most times, my meals not regulated sometimes missed sometimes I binged I don’t do regular exercise as I feel I am always on the go.
But as my age creep up. I realise we need to take the first step to change the habits. To improve our lifestyle and live healthily.
