One of the biggest problems we have in rehab is the lack of emphasis put on preparing a person to return to their prior level of function (or higher). This concept applies not only to the site of injury, but to the rest of the body as well. We’ve got to do a better job of actually loading people, loading them for longer, building capacity, preparing them for return to activity, and mitigating recurrence.

The best posture is the most comfortable one until it's not comfy anymore, then we change it to the next comfortable one.
