TCM TRIMEDIC HEALTHCARE CENTRE 善德中医坊提醒您：注意防暑，健康第一！

🔥 热天高温，中暑风险升高！
中暑轻则头晕乏力，重则意识混乱、危及生命，务必提高警觉！

✅ 中暑预防5要点：
1️⃣ 避开高温时段
🕒 上午11点至下午4点避免外出或剧烈活动。

2️⃣ 补充足够水分
💧每小时饮水一次，避免含糖、酒精或咖啡因饮料。

3️⃣ 穿着透气降温
👕 选浅色、宽松、透气衣物；必要时冷敷降温。

4️⃣ 饮食清淡补电解质
🥗 多吃蔬果、少吃油腻，可适量饮用运动饮料或淡盐水。

5️⃣ 关注中暑症状
⚠️ 出现头晕、恶心、大量出汗、体温升高应尽快降温休息，严重者立即送医！

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 特别关怀对象：
老年人、儿童、慢性病患者、户外工作者，更需防暑！
