Today marks a significant milestone for me – my first public speaking engagement on health awareness. When I received the invitation to speak, I was overwhelmed with nervousness. Despite my initial hesitation, I chose to embrace the challenge. The topic, "Eating the Wrong Medicine -吃错药," resonates deeply with me, and I believe raising this awareness is crucial.
Overdosing of painkillers and mismanagement of elderly medicine issues are due to negligence and could be avoided or reduced. We just need proper guidance. Find your local doctors or pharmacist if you are unsure.
Reflecting on this journey, I'm grateful for the invitation by CCEP Foundation and YKBS Foundation, who co-organized this event with me. This experience has shown me the importance of stepping out of my comfort zone to share valuable knowledge with the public. I hope my insights will help others understand the significance of proper medication use at home. I'm grateful to the brand owners that believe in what I'm doing, together we make the society a better place.
