One of the most memorable nights of my life! Our very first Autumn Music Festival, “Falling for You”, on 4/10/25! ✨🧡🍂🍁 So many challenges, but I’m proud to say that “We’ve made it!” 🥹🥰🥳 incredibly grateful and proud of all the performers and friends who volunteered, including my little brothers and sister of this shared space event photographer .w.k._ .studio , and aunty, our pop up guest barista, .am.suz .my .1021 for helping out! 🥹🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 We overcame all the hurdles together and making this event memorable and special! Not sure whether we’ll have another one, but I’m sure my friends are ready to brave through fire and rain together again if I dream again! 😆😍🥰

Autumn has begun to weave its spell at Caleb’s Hideout! 🍁🧡🍂 Our space is now dressed in an autumn palette with hues of champagne, brown, bronze-orange, cognac, maroon, and mustard dancing through dreamy desserts, soulful dishes, fragrant drinks, and fresh autumn-colour blooms by 🍂🍰🍁✨

Opening a cafe is tough. Maintaining the cleanliness and sustaining the business? Even more challenging! Here’s a sneak peek into my “glamorous” life as a café runner 🐃🫏 And I’ve missed out the scenes of me scrubbing the great white thrones in the toilets, cleaning staircases, maintaining the coffee machine, baking till 2am, taking out rubbish like a caffeinated raccoon and creating contents? 🤣😑 people who don’t understand will ask me to buy this and that, hire more staff, but to save cost and ensure the sustainability of the business in its infancy stage, I need to do most things myself because I’m a staff that draw a flexible salary. Though tiring, I’m blessed to have friends and loyal visitors who constantly showing up to support and walk this journey with me 🥹🥰 Thank you my dear friends .studio for completing our space 💐📷❤️.....

I have been sharing a lot about matcha / green tea and the antioxidants in them, mainly EGCG (catechins). 💚🍵🌿 It has potent antioxidative benefits that may be associated with brain health, skin health, cardiovascular health and immune health. Though matcha and green tea are beneficial functional foods, be mindful of the matcha / green tea-containing products in the market, as they can be loaded with sugar, fats and calories, which may outweigh the benefits of matcha / green tea. 😉
