We offered Yoga to everybody not only women or men but also kids! :)
The session will be:-
- Conducted with mind-body awareness.
- 1 hour session start with a thorough warm up to the joint and activates blood circulation to entire body,3 sets of Sun Salutation then progresses to yoga postures (asanas) for specific health benefits.
- Session will completed with a guided dee
p relaxation session + music.
- Its objectives are for better breathing, general improvement of health and to de-stress.
**Every students are encouraged to work according to their own capacity and comfort zone. Remember:
"Yoga is not a competition. Think of yoga as physical therapy, and abandon the competitive mind set on the need to be perfect . Practice non-violence and be kind to yourself."
