❓One of the most asked questions for us; what are the best way to warm up? Is there any best warm up exercises ?
The truth is, there are no exercise that is more superior than the others ; BUT there are ways to perform a better warm up. By follow this R.A.M.P protocol, it’ll give you a better understanding on what to do for your warm up, be it for the athletes, gym goers, runners or any other sport activities.
Warm ups were meant to prepare ourselves for the exercises or activities that we were going to perform and by following R.A.M.P, it’ll make your warm up more specific and efficient.
