👉 Letting go is incredibly difficult. If we cling to worries about the future, or if we keep replaying the mistakes of the past again and again in our mind—it can be quite painful.

The desperate attempt to hold on to the things that were familiar to us limits our capability to experience happiness and joy in the present moment.

Remember, Letting go means to come to the realization that some people or events are a part of your history, but not a part of your destiny.

👉👉 Who doesn't love a good breakfast pizza 😍😋⁠


👉🏻Ingredients for the sweet potato crusts⁠
▪️1 cup fully cooked sweet potato⁠
▪️1 egg⁠
▪️2/3 cup oat flour⁠
▪️1 tablespoon coconut flour⁠
▪️2 tablespoons nutritional yeast⁠
▪️1 teaspoon garlic powder⁠
▪️1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar⁠

👉🏻Instructions⁠
▪️Preheat the oven to 400⁠
▪️In a bowl, wisk together the egg. For the sweet potato, bake at 425 for 50 minutes. Add in the sweet potato and all other ingredients. Mix together well.⁠
▪️Press into a dough in the bowl⁠
▪️Make 2 mini pizzas or 1 regular pizza⁠
▪️Line a pan with parchment paper. Place the dough on a pan and flatten out to about 1/2 inch thick.⁠
▪️Bake at 400 for 30 minutes⁠
▪️Remove, flip and bake 10 more minutes⁠
▪️Remove and add toppings. Bake 5-10 more minutes of making a traditional pizzas!⁠

Toppings featured:⁠
mashed avocado, a sunny side up egg, tomato, pickled onion, everything but the bagel seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes and arugula. 🥑🥚

👉 What will you EAT after EXERCISE?After any sports or exercise, you need to have an ideal post-exercise recovery nutrition based on your body composition.

In general, high protein (at least 10 gm), antioxidant rich fruits/vegetables and healthy carbs. Like the image of my post: A perfect recovery meal after my protein shake.

You should have your protein shake preferably within 30 min of your exercise, which is known as metabolic window.
