தமிழ் பேசும் உலக மக்களிடையே புகழ் பெற்றுவரும் 'வலைத்தமிழ்" தமிழ் தகவல் களஞ்சியத்தை உருவாக்கிய நண்பர் ச. பார்த்தசாரதி Netflix- இல் "இறுகப்பற்று" எனும் திரைப்படத்தைப் பாருங்கள்; உங்கள் உளவியல் துறைச் சார்ந்தது; திருமண வாழ்க்கையில் இணைந்த தம்பதிகள் பற்றியது; பார்த்துவிட்டு கருத்து கூறுங்கள் என்றார். படத்தைப் பார்த்தேன், எல்லோரும் தம்பதிகளாக அமர்ந்து பார்க்கவேண்டிய சிந்திக்க வைக்கும் திரைப்படம். தற்போது மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருக்கும் தம்பதிகள் முதல் வெறுமை நிறைந்த மணவாழ்க்கையில் சமுதாயக் கௌரவத்திற்காக இணைந்து வாழும் தம்பதிகள் மற்றும் விவாகரத்து செய்து விடலாம் என்று சிந்திக்கும் நிலையில் உள்ள தம்பதிகள் வரை அவசியம் இந்த திரைப்படத்தைப் பார்க்க வேண்டும். இந்த அளவுக்கு சிந்தித்து திருமண உறவுகளைக் காப்பாற்ற வேண்டும்; காப்பாற்ற முடியும் என்ற சமூக உணர்வோடு திரைப்படத்தை எழுதி இயக்கிய யுவராஜ் தயாளன் அவர்களுக்குப் பாராட்டினைப் பதிவு செய்கிறேன்.

Successfully completed in improving the Romantic Love module for those couples married for less than 2 years. This module developed by LPPKN, the government agency under Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development with cooperation of experts,NGOs and Senior LPPKN officers. I was invited as the advisor to the "Organization for Strengthening Marriage and Family Institution, Malaysia" (MyFamily). Interesting games activities are included in this module. Prof.Dr.Mariani lead the module writing workshop.

Yesterday Mr Sp Karu Palaniandy and I met YB. Datuk Seri M Saravanan ,Deputy President of Malaysian Indian Congress( MIC) and Member of Parliment for Tapah Constituency regarding the upcoming National Conference on " Encountering Challenges in Marriage Life through Pre-Marriage Education for young Adults".The conference is being organized by Organization for Strenthening Marriage and Family Institution, Malaysia (MyFamily) and Association for Community Development and Continuous Learning with the cooperation of various religious based groups. The conference is scheduled to be held at International Youth Centre, Bandar Run Razak on 8th July 2023 from 8am to 5.30pm.
YB Datuk Seri M.Saravanan has agreed to deliver a special address at conference. He supported the initiative and promised to speak to YB Nancy Shukri, the Minister for Women , Family and Community Development. We are expecting YB .V. Sivakumar, Minister for Human Resources to officiate the conference and YB Hannah Yeoh, Minister for Youth and Sports will be invited to deliver a special address titled "Is the Pre-Marital Course Compulsory for Non-Muslim Couples". She was actively involved in promoting pre-marital course mandatory for Non- Muslim couples, when she was the deputy minister for women, family and community development. We will be inviting YB Nancy Shukri to deliver a special address and to receive the memorandum from the organizers to make Pre-Marital Course mandatory for the non-muslim couples.

மலேசிய மணவாழ்க்கை மற்றும் குடும்ப அமைப்பை வலுப்படுத்தும் இயக்கத்தின் (மைபேமிலி) ஆதரவோடு, காப்பார்,மெதடிஸ்ட் தமிழ்ப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான இயங்கலை சொற்பொழிவுக்கு ஏற்படும் செய்திருந்தது. சுவிற்சர்லாந்து நாட்டின் அரசாங்கப்பள்ளியின் உடல் உளநல பராமரிப்பாளர் ஆசிரியர் திருமதி மதிவதனி பத்மநாதன் "நல்லாசிரியர்கள்" எனும் தலைப்பில் சிறப்புச் சொற்பொழிவாற்றினார். அவர் தமதுரையில், ஆசிரியர்-மாணவர் உறவின்
தரத்தின் முக்கியத்துவம் பற்றியும்; ஆசிரியர்களின் கல்வி பட்டப்படிப்போடு நின்றுவிடக்கூடாது என்றும் அவர்கள் மாணவர்கள் போன்று தங்கள் திறன்களையும் அறிவாற்றலையும் வளர்த்துக் கொள்ள கற்றுக் கொண்டே இருக்க வேண்டும்; தாங்கள் கற்றதை அப்படியே மாணவர்களுக்கு புகட்டவேண்டும் என்பதல்ல; ஆசிரியர்களின் பயிற்றுவிக்கும் முறையானது மாணவர்களின் ஆற்றல், பலவீனம் அவர்களின் செயல்பாட்டுக்கான குடும்பப்பின்னணியை ஆராய்ந்து அறிந்து உதவக்கூடிய, கற்பிக்கக்கூடிய திறனையும், மனப்பான்மையும் ஆசிரியர்கள் கொண்டிருக்க வேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்தினார். மேலும் பாடப்போதனை அணுகுமுறைகளோடு, குழந்தை உளவியல் (Child Psychology) கற்றிருப்பதும் ஆசிரியர் பணியின் தரத்தை மேம்படுத்தும். இவை தவிர தங்கள் குடும்பப் பிரச்சினைகளுக்கும் சக ஆசிரியர்களுக்கிடையிலான சிக்கல்களுக்கும் பள்ளி நிர்வாகத்திற்கு இடையிலான கருத்து வேறுபாடுகளுக்கும் தீர்வுகாண வேண்டும். இயலாவிட்டால், உளவியல் ஆலோசனைக்குச் செல்வதுதான் அறிவார்ந்த செயலாக அமையும். ஏனென்றால், இவை அனைத்தும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு மன அழுத்தத்தை ஏற்படுத்தி அவர்களின் மனநலத்தைப் பாதித்துவிடும்,ஆசிரியர் பணியின் தரத்தையும் குறைத்துவிடும் என்றும் குறிப்பிட்டார்.
பள்ளியின் தலைமையாசிரியர் நிறைமலி நா.சரஸ்வதி அவர்களின் ஆதரவோடு, மாணவர் நலப்பிரிவுத் துணைத் தலைமையாசிரியர் நிறைமலி பெ.திருமகள் இச்சொற்பொழிவுக்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை முனைப்போடு மேற்கொண்டிருந்தார். மெதடிஸ்ட் தமிழ்ப் பள்ளியின் அழைப்பை ஏற்று வலம்புரோசா,ஜாலான் ஆகோப் மற்றும் பிராவ்வெர்டன் ஆகிய தமிழ்ப்பள்ளிகளின் தலைமையாசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்கள் ஆகியோரும் கலந்து கொண்டு கலந்துரையாடினர். மைபெமிலி இயக்கத்தின் ஆலோசகர் திரு.கே.ஏ.குணா, நிகழ்ச்சி நெறியாளராகச் செயல்பட்டார். இயங்கலை சொற்பொழிவுக்கான குவியம்(Zoom) ஏற்பாட்டை இயக்கத்தின் தலைவர் திரு.பாரிராஜன் கவனித்துக் கொண்டார். 68 பேர் இச்சொற்பொழிவில் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

Attending Convention NGO organized by Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development (KPWKM) at The Everly Putrajaya Hotel (1.4.21). About 300 over participants representing 165 NGOs attending this convention. Minister Datuk Seri Rina Mohd Harun officiated the one day convention. I, Gunapathy Arumugam as the advisor of MyFamily organisation participated in this convention.

HEALTH REJUVENATION AND TREATMENT CENTRE FOR ALCOHOLIC, SUBSTANCE ABUSERS AND PATHOLOGICAL GAMBLERS.

Organization for Strengthening Marriage and Family Institution, Malaysia is initiating a project to establish a centre for rehabilitation and rejuvenation for Alcoholic, Substance Abusers, pathological gamblers, victims of eating disorders and all other mental health related issues.
This centre is meant for relaxation and keep you away from the daily routines, stress busters, to apply positive coping strategies and make you feel more healthy & happy
A meeting on this project was held yesterday (20.2.2021) at YMCA, Kuala Lumpur. The organization's president Mr.Paary Rajan chaired the meeting.Mr.Thavamony gopal , the retired ASP prison, the executive member of the organization prepared a project paper for this centre. Dr.Josh*ta who was assisting Mr. Thavamony in preparing the project, presented the details of the project proposal.
Mr. Gunapathy Arumugam, the founder of this organization briefed the need for establishing the rehabilitation centre that can reach out to the community in need. It was a brainstorming session in which the need and scope of the centre was discussed. Dr.Alex also joined the session.
