Unpopular opinion:

"I buy the right slippers that suit my foot type for walking, but my feet still hurt"

"I wear expensive shoes that are extra comfy to help with my knee pain, but my knee still painful"

"I buy a specific, expensive brand of shoes to perform better, yet I injured my leg"

There's nothing wrong with the things you buy thinking they can help reduce your pain & improve your performance. They’re helping but —

Create training plan or training program for your workout, sport or activity.

1. You go to gym, build strength/endurance/power etc. not only build the muscle.

2. You run, you train how to run, not just running with zero knowledge.

3. You play sports, find an expert or listen to your coach! Research your sport, not just go for fun play.

Ignoring these can lead to injury and may cause you to drop out of the activity.

Sports massage can be beneficial for ACL recovery!

Research in sports science indicates that massage therapy aids in reducing inflammation and pain, facilitating better movement patterns. It can also assist in scar tissue management and improve overall muscle function, which is crucial during rehabilitation after an ACL injury.

Regular sports massage may enhance recovery times: regaining strength and stability in the knee joint.

Sports massage doesn’t necessarily need to be painful to be effective.

Post-massage soreness can indicate that your muscles are responding to the treatment. However, it shouldn't be excessively painful.

For some severe and chronic muscle pain, sport massage can be used to focused on pain management and injury prevention.

Remember, communication is the key between you and your therapist!
