❄️冷敷 VS 🔥热敷?

但选错方式可能越敷越严重!这期就教你——不同眼部问题,到底该冷敷还是热敷?
👁 冷敷适合:
消肿、镇静、舒缓
给眼睛“降火”

- 起床浮肿
- 熬夜哭后眼袋
- 眼部过敏发热
- 术后初期恢复期
🧊 冷敷方式:
冰敷袋/湿毛巾敷眼
⏱5–10分钟,避免冻伤
🔥 热敷适合:

给眼睛“补阳”
✅ 推荐情况:
- 用眼疲劳干涩
- 血管型黑眼圈(蓝紫)
- 麦粒肿初期
- 睡前放松助眠
♨️ 热敷方式:
温热毛巾/热敷眼罩
⏱10–15分钟,不宜过热
🚫热敷禁忌:
- 有炎症或感染
- 伤口未愈
- 皮肤破损或太敏感

🧊 Cold vs Warm Eye Compress 🔥
Eye discomfort? Know when to use cold or warm! Picking the wrong one can make it worse.
✅ Cold Compress (cooling & soothing):
For puffiness, swelling after crying, allergy-related redness, post-surgery.
→ Use cold towel or gel mask for 5–10 min.
✅ Warm Compress (relaxing & circulation):
For dry, tired eyes, vascular dark circles, styes, bedtime relaxation.
→ Use warm towel (≈40°C) for 10–15 min.
