🍊💫SLIM DOWN FOR CHEONGSAM SEASON🏮🌸
Are you are like me, and need to slim down for CNY to fit into your cheongsam? 🤣 What are you doing to prepare?
I am working out and getting more runs in the week. How do you prevent muscle pain, injuries and also reduce inflammation while keeping active? Perhaps you play pickle ball regularly..
Here are the Young Living products I take - consistently, to reduce inflammation. I do strength training at least once a week, and the muscle ache rarely lasts more than 2 days. What’s more important is to reduce or have no injuries, so I can keep an active lifestyle.
🔸 NingXia Red (for overall anti-oxidant, avoid constipation & to energize)
🔸 Black Seed Oil (started slow, now I have increased intake)
🔸 Turmeric Mango Rose (can add to yoghurt, make a hot golden milk drink at night or consume it chilled - so versatile and a little bit goes a long way!)
🔸 M-Essence (I make my own mineral drink for hydration by adding Celtic salt + a few drops 💧of 🍋 lemon essential oil)
🔸 Sul4zyme (detox and for joints to reduce aches and pains, plus provide iodin supplementation for my hair and nail health)
