🚫 Pooping without a squatty potty
→ Squatting helps straighten your re**al angle, making bowel movements easier and reducing straining.

🚫 Skipping breakfast
→ Skipping meals disrupts your natural bowel rhythm and can affect pelvic and digestive function.

🚫 Peeing “just in case”
→ Frequent precautionary peeing trains your bladder to hold less, potentially leading to urgency or frequency issues.

🚫 Forgetting to hydrate
→ Dehydration makes urine more concentrated and stools harder, which strains your pelvic floor.

🚫 Sitting on the toilet longer than 5 minutes
→ Long toilet time = prolonged pelvic pressure = higher risk of hemorrhoids and muscle fatigue.
