For more than 60 years, SWP FReHA (Selangor & Wilayah Persekutuan Family Reproductive Health Association) or best to known as FReHA has devoted its energy to passionately providing access, services and educational programmes related to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for all levels of community.

Access to reproductive health services is the cornerstone of human rights, yet millions across the globe do not have the privilege of access. In turn, this compromises their health and create cycles of poverty and inequality in communities of various backgrounds.

Changes to your breasts don’t necessarily mean you have breast cancer. However, if you have any of the following symptoms, have them checked by your doctor STRAIGHT away! Breast self-exam, or regularly examining your breasts on your own, can be an important way to identify breast cancer early, this will lead to early treatment.
You can come to FReHA for your regular check-ups and our friendly reproductive health providers will be happy to spend some time with you showing you the ways of a breast – self-examination!
