👓 客人带来自己的镜框，我们发现镜片的镀膜已经开始脱落～
初步判断是因为日常清洁习惯不当，像是用纸巾擦拭、用热水冲洗或直接干擦等方式，
这些看似小动作，时间久了都会伤到镜片的镀膜。

📌 小提醒：建议使用超细纤维布 + 镜片专用清洁液来保养镜片，让镜片更耐用、看得更清楚！

👁️ 真实案例：倒睫毛（Trichiasis）
患者主诉：
☑️ 异物感
☑️ 眼睛发红流泪
☑️ 偶尔视力模糊

裂隙灯检查发现睫毛生长方向异常，摩擦到角膜，如果没有处理，可能导致角膜受损。
我们建议使用人工泪液缓解不适，并转介眼科进一步处理。

📌 温馨提醒：如果你经常觉得眼睛刮刮的、不舒服，尽早检查是保护视力的第一步！

👁️ Real case: Trichiasis — lashes growing the wrong way.

This patient came in with:
☑️ Foreign body sensation
☑️ Tearing and irritation
☑️ Occasional blurry vision

Slit lamp exam showed lashes rubbing against the cornea.
We advised the patient to use lubricating drops and referred to an eye specialist for further treatment.

📌 Reminder: If your eyes constantly feel “scratchy” or irritated, don’t ignore it — early detection protects your vision.

检查后我们发现是成熟期白内障，已影响到视力。

我们立即转介至眼科专科安排白内障手术。
