产后掉发，其实很常见。
怀孕与产后荷尔蒙的变化，
会让大量头发同时进入休止期，
因此在产后 4–5 个月出现明显脱发。

研究发现，干细胞分泌的蛋白质 CXCL1
有助于促进毛囊活性、改善头皮微循环，
帮助头皮与头发恢复健康状态。

产后脱发通常是暂时的。
规律作息、均衡营养，加上适当的头皮护理，
头发会慢慢恢复。

给身体一点时间，也给自己一点温柔。

The "Small Life, Big Challenges" sharing session has successfully conducted on 30/11/2025! ‼️
This event, co-organized by Hong Fu and Lybra,

On that day, the parents not only learned the accurate parenting knowledge but also understood many long-standing misconceptions about baby care.

Everyone gained a new understanding of how to care for a newborn! The interaction with the parents was wonderful! 👏
