UNDER THE LIGHT (UTL) is a Japanese-inspired yoga studio offering classes which combine traditional and modern yoga styles for all levels of yoga practitioners.

This round of Community Classes will be guided by Art of Alignment TTC graduate teachers—sharing what they’ve learned, one class at a time.

Kicking off this Sunday at 10:30am, class is led by . Come practise, offer your presence, and be part of their growth.
