Tan Sri Muhyiddin bin md Yassin di Mahkamah Sesyen Kuala Lumpur pada 22.08.2024.

Mahkamah Sesyen memberikan keputusan bahawa pihak pendakwaan gagal membuktikan kes prima facie terhadap Dayalan Sreebalan Dan mengarahkan Dayalan Sreebalan untuk dilepaskan Dan dibebaskan.
