Case performed by Dr. Ngo Wei Ming, KOL Osstem Malaysia.
Patient presented with missing 46 & 47, good keratinized tissue and bone architecture. During surgery, Dr. Ngo raised a flap and used a pedicled flap between the healing abutments to encourage keratinized tissue growth, Sutured with 4-0 Brillon.

Three months later, the soft tissue outcome spoke for itself: healthy, thick keratinized mucosa.

Final restorations: two units monolithic zirconia SCRP crowns on ti-base, confirmed with post-insertion radiograph.

Takeaway from Dr. Ngo? Plan the soft tissue as carefully as the implant. 🌱
