Meet your HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educators, Angeline and Kelly! 🥳🤩
With over 30 years of combined experience teaching Pre and Postnatal Yoga & Pilates and Active Birth, to thousands of Mummies, we are excited to be offering a new extension to your Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond journey
HypnoBirthing® is as much a philosophy as it is a technique, for achieving an instinctive, relaxing, gentle and stress-free birth. This successful program, used worldwide since 1989, is led over the course of 5 weeks (total 12.5 hours), and your Educator will guide you and your Birth Companion, through exercises to identify & release your fears regarding birthing, eliminate the need for drugs and interventions, and replace those fears with knowledge, empowerment and confidence.
Each weekly session utilizes The Mongan Method’s 6 HypnoBirthing® techniques to help parents prepare for a positive birth experience :
* Deep Relaxation
* Breathing
* Visualization
* Self Hypnosis / Deepenings
* Affirmations
* Education
You’ll also be coached in Active Birthing positions, and breathwork for labour (very similar to what we have been teaching in our Prenatal classes).
