I attended Kendra Nilufer and Debbie Rodrigo's first retreat held in October and thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a break and needs to reconnect with Nature and your inner self. An added bonus is that you may discover your musical self too by learning how to play the native American flute. The venue is magical and food is superb too.
