THE STRETCH CLINIC is a platform where clients can get the best advice and services for pain management & rehabilitation At the Stretch clinic we pride ourselves on our holistic approach to physiotherapy and use a combination of modalities, breathing techniques and exercise to treat injuries and restore pain free movement. Our signature ‘Stretch therapy’ is Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) which has been tried and tested by some of the World’s top athletes for almost 50yrs. This amazing technique was originally designed to improve flexibility and physical performance, but we have found that by combining AIS with other modalities such as Osteopathy and Chiropractic techniques we were also able to treat chronic pain and complex muscular skeletal injuries. In fact, we noticed that patients who consistently followed our rehab protocols we were not only able to eliminate pain and heal long standing injuries but were also able to reduce inflammation and relax the nervous system leading to better quality sleep and improved overall health. Our unique approach to therapy has enabled us to focus on improving patient health rather than simply treating symptoms which is why we have been able to build strong relationships with our patients and enjoy a large client following based on reputation and word of mouth. Our team of therapists may have diverse skills and expertise, but we all share the same passionate vision and love working together to empower clients to be proactive in the journey of restoring their vitality and health. In today’s World we are all athletes leading busy, demanding lives and as such we all deserve the finest physical care to perform our daily activities and hobbies in a pain-free, healthy body!

Early scoliosis detection changes everything.

From 27° to 20° in one year, Emily now graduates from our scoliosis program as her spine reaches skeletal maturity.
