什么是炎症？
炎症主要包括：红，肿，热，痛
它是身体的生物组织对病原感染，化学或物理刺激物，所激发的防御性生理， 生化， 免疫反应。
通常情况下，发炎是有益的，是人体的自动防御反应。可是，在过激的情况下，炎症可以引起人体自体免疫系统的过敏，进而攻击自身的组织及细胞。并发症如类风湿性关节炎和红斑狼疮症等。
长期发炎或慢性发炎会引起一系列疾病，如花粉症，牙周炎，动脉粥样硬化，类风湿性关节炎，甚至癌症。

抗炎的方法有很多，如非类固醇抗炎剂，类固醇，健康补充剂等，
