As the new year begins, our clinic gradually returns to a steady and busy clinical rhythm.
During myofascial treatment sessions, to enhance patient comfort and support relaxation, we incorporate a professionally blended myofascial massage oil as an adjunct during treatment.

This myofascial oil is formulated with the following essential oils:
🍀Rosewood – provides gentle emotional support and promotes a sense of balance
🍀Frankincense – supports calm breathing and a grounded treatment experience
🍀Sandalwood – enhances focus and body awareness during therapy
🍀Lavender – widely used for its calming and relaxing properties

📍2025/12/22｜台湾台中｜SDCA 体外震波学术分享会

2025 年 12 月 22 日，SDCA 体外震波学术分享会于
弘光科技大学 物理治疗学系 顺利举行。
本次分享会对象为物理治疗学系学生，共吸引 40 余位未来物理治疗师 参与。

本活动由
陈翰裕 教授（物理治疗学系主任）
与 杨文杰 教授 邀请举办，
并由 汎英股份有限公司 主办，
共同促成这场结合临床经验、学术思维与未来教育视角的专业交流。

本次 SDCA 分享聚焦于体外震波治疗（ESWT），
从其基本原理、作用机制与临床定位出发，
引导学生理解震波在肌骨复健中的角色，
并进一步强调——
仪器本身只是工具，真正决定治疗效果的核心，始终是使用者的临床思维与判断能力。

期望透过此次分享，
让即将进入临床领域的物理治疗师，
在接触先进仪器之前，
先建立正确的治疗观念、科学基础与以病人为中心的临床逻辑，

📍 2025/12/22 | Taichung, Taiwan | SDCA ESWT Academic Sharing Session

Today, the SDCA Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) Academic Sharing Session was successfully held at the Department of Physical Therapy, Hungkuang University. Over 40 future physiotherapists attended the session.

The event was kindly invited and supported by Professor Chen Han-Yu (Chair, Department of Physical Therapy) and Professor Yang, and organized by Meden International Inc., bringing together clinical experience, academic thinking, and future-oriented education in a meaningful professional exchange.

The SDCA session focused on ESWT, covering its principles, mechanisms, and clinical applications to help students understand its role in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

More importantly, the session emphasized that devices are only tools — the real outcomes depend on the clinician’s reasoning and decision-making.

We hope this session helps future physiotherapists build strong therapeutic concepts, scientific foundations, and patient-centered logic, making ESWT a safe and effective tool in their practice.

Sincere thanks to the Department of Physical Therapy at Hungkuang University for their trust and support, and to the organizing team for their continued commitment to physical therapy education — laying a stronger foundation for the professional growth of the next generation of physiotherapists.

📍2025/12/21｜台湾台中｜SDCA 首场圆满完成

2025 年台灣台中第一次 SDCA 培训，在热烈的学习氛围中非常成功、圆满结束。
本次活动由 台中慈济医院 主办，
并由 汎英股份有限公司、僖辉股份有限公司 协办，
共同促成这场高质量、系统化的临床培训。

本次 SDCA 课程邀请
陈佳菁 医师 与
陈雨竹 物理治疗师 担任讲师，
吸引 90 多位临床医师与治疗师 参与学习。

课程内容涵盖理论与实操并重，
从体外震波的物理原理、生物效应、组织反应机制，
到不同病灶情境下的临床评估、参数选择与实际操作策略，
帮助学员不仅「会操作」，更能真正理解体外震波为何有效、何时该用、如何用得更合理。

期望透过 SDCA 的系统化教学，
让更多临床工作者对体外震波的原理与临床应用建立正确而扎实的认识，
并将所学转化为更安全、有效、符合临床现实的治疗决策。

📍 2025/12/21 | Taichung, Taiwan | SDCA First Session Successfully Completed

The first SDCA training in Taichung, Taiwan (2025) was successfully and smoothly completed in an enthusiastic learning atmosphere.

This event was hosted by Taichung Tzu Chi Hospital,
and co-organized by Meden International Inc. and Innobright Co., Ltd., jointly delivering a high-quality, structured clinical training program.

The SDCA course invited：
- Dr. Sigrid Chen
- Physiotherapist Tan Woo Teck
as instructors, attracted over 90 clinicians and therapists to participate in the study.

The program emphasized both theory and hands-on practice, covering:
- The physical principles of extracorporeal shockwave therapy （ESWT）
- Biological effects and tissue response mechanisms
- Clinical assessment, parameter selection, and practical treatment strategies across different pathologies.

This allowed participants not only to perform ESWT
but to truly understand why it works, when to use it, and how to apply it more effectively and rationally in clinical practice.

Through SDCA’s systematic teaching approach,
we aim to help more clinicians build a solid and accurate understanding of ESWT principles and applications, and translate that knowledge into safer, more effective, and clinically realistic treatment decisions.

2025 年台灣 ESWT 培訓正式啟動。
第一站来到 合健骨科诊所，
本次课程以发射式体外震波（rESWT）为核心，
从真实的骨骼肌肉临床出发，探讨震波在肩、肘、膝、踝等常见软组织病灶中的实际应用与临床决策逻辑。

透过系统化评估与案例操作，
让震波不只是技术，而是真正贴近临床需求的治疗工具。

📍 2025/12/20 | Taoyuan, Taiwan | ESWT Training – First Stop

The 2025 Taiwan ESWT Training Program has officially begun. Our first stop was H.J. Orthopedics clinic.

This course focused on Radial Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (rESWT), starting from real-world musculoskeletal clinical practice.

We explored the practical applications and clinical decision-making of shockwave therapy in common soft tissue conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle.

Through systematic assessment and hands-on case practice, shockwave therapy becomes more than just a technique — it becomes a clinically relevant treatment tool that truly meets patient needs.
