Our Story

The medical and health services of KLINIK IHSAN in Terengganu have been established since 1991. With strong commitments and understanding that “patients are always at the heart of all the things that we do” the services have become more prominent and well established among the customers including the panel companies since then. With the establishment of KUMPULAN PERUBATAN IHSAN SDN. BHD. in 1994, the services in the clinics became more streamlined to provide better family and personal oriented healthcare services to the community.

KUMPULAN PERUBATAN IHSAN SDN. BHD. has been dedicated to a totally comprehensive approach of primary healthcare that focuses on promoting health, rather than just treating the disease. The focus is given on personal oriented medical and healthcare approach for individual patients and family members. Special emphasis is also given on promoting healthy and diseasefree environment at the workplace. This is to enable the organizations particularly our panel companies to minimize their long term expenditure on the medical and healthcare budgets for their staffs. This will also enable these companies to have healthy and disease-free workforce and will directly increase their productivity and quality of their services and products.

Realizing the importance of upgrading the health wellness level for each individual in order to prevent the establishment of chronic medical illnesses, a specially designed and formulated Health Wellness Service is being provided at the center. Special approach is taken in the effort to upgrade the health wellness level and to reverse the establishment of chronic diseases in each individual such as those who are suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Gouty Arthritis, Abnormal Lipid Profile, Obesity and overweight etc. This D.I.Y. concept of upgrading and improving each individual’s health status seems to be accepted and easily followed by the participants. Special seminar and workshop on “Upgrading Health Wellness Level and Reversing Chronic Illnesses” are being conducted from time to time. In order to cater for the healthcare requirement among the workforce in the community, KUMPULAN PERUBATAN IHSAN SDN. BHD. is also operating an Occupational Health Services Center at KLINIK IHSAN, WAKAF TENGAH. Services such as Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) service, Medical Surveillance, Medical Check-up, Audiometry test, Spirometry test, Urine drug test etc. are available at this center.
