We are doing a clinical trial research to find out whether an online exercise therapy program (Telerehabilitation using Videoconferencing) is feasible and effective in reducing back pain, and improving posture, balance, and flexibility for people living with chronic lower back pain.

Who can participate in this study?

- Malaysian adults (females and males, 35-50 years old)
- Who have been experiencing lower back pain for more than 3 months (no history of spine accident/surgery)
