Continuing our community outreach efforts, our team conducted a health screening and physiotherapy awareness session at Pondok Wargamas Nurul Hassanah. The programme included a physiotherapy sharing on safe knee strengthening exercises, individual physiotherapy assessments, and a basic health screening for the residents.

It was truly heartwarming to see the residents actively participating in the exercise demonstration and engaging during the session. We were delighted to be part of the Sports Day programme at SMK Kuala Selangor, where Dr. Tan Sui Teng, Resident Consultant of ENT at KPJ Kuala Selangor Specialist Hospital shared valuable insights on “Ear & Nose Bleeding – Do & Don’t” with the students.
