【课表更新 ｜Schedule Update】

📣 好消息！Teacher Jean 的孕妇瑜伽课将在每逢星期四下午 4:00–5:00 于 Atha Yoga Studio 进行。这是私教课，有兴趣的同学请自行联络 预约 或 了解详情。

📣 也请大家留意，由于个人因素，Teacher Fatimah 原定于星期三晚上 7:30–8:45 的课程将暂时取消，直到另行通知。

我们祝福她在进修旅程中有所收获，享受过程，满载而归！🌱

📣 Good news! Teacher Jean’s Prenatal Yoga sessions are now available every Thursday, 4:00–5:00 PM at Atha Yoga Studio.
These are private sessions, so if you’re interested, kindly contact directly for booking and details.

📣 Meanwhile, please note that due to personal reasons, Teacher Fatimah’s Wednesday 7:30–8:45 PM class will be temporarily cancelled until further notice.
