Change your present by healing your past 🧸

I combine tarot and gentle parenting techniques to:
- identity the childhood root cause of a repeating pattern in the present
- process the big feelings you have
- listen to any burdens that need to be released
- provide comfort and support if in the past some emotional needs were neglected or invalidated
- give the reassurance and attention that you needed back then
- facilitate a healing conversation between your childhood/teenage self and your current self, to
spark self-insight and start the healing process
- overall teach you how to love and accept more parts of yourself, so you can feel whole. 🤍

If you've tried all the obvious solutions, and you still find yourself stuck and when stressed returning to old habits, give this and try and see if anything starts to shift. Until you address deeper causes, most of what you try on the surface level will have short-term or little effect.
