📌 What is AIA Docs2U 👨‍⚕️ 👩‍⚕️

AIA Docs2U represents a significant advancement in digital healthcare, offering a seamless and integrated solution for AIA customers seeking convenient and efficient medical services.​

AIA Docs2U is a telemedicine service offered through AIA Malaysia's AIA+ app, in collaboration with DOC2US, a locally developed digital healthcare platform. This integration enables AIA customers to access virtual health consultations and wellness programs directly from their smartphones, eliminating the need for additional apps.

Key Features:

Virtual Consultations: Users can consult healthcare professionals via text or video calls, receiving medical advice without the need for in-person visits .​

E-Prescriptions: After consultations, doctors can issue digitally signed e-prescriptions, which are legally recognized and can be filled at partner pharmacies .​
AIA Malaysia

Medication Delivery: Patients can opt for home delivery of prescribed medications, with shipments handled by trained riders to ensure safe delivery .​

Eligibility: The service is available to individuals with AIA medical policies or riders, as well as corporate clients with outpatient GP benefits .

持有AIA Medical Card顾客除了打疫苗做身体检查也可以Claim！！！

哪一种医药卡可以Claim?
* 2024年前买的A-Plus Health医药卡（有Health Wallet的） -》疫苗费用+身体检查每年不超过RM300
▶️疫苗费用（包括Flu vaccination, Hepatitis B, HPV, Pneumococoal）
（只限于16岁以上）
▶️身体检查（验血验尿）

* 2024年后买的A-Plus Health 2医药卡（有Health Wallet的） -》疫苗费用+身体检查每年不超过RM500
▶️（任何经MOH承认的疫苗都可以Claim不限年龄）
▶️ 身体检查（验血验尿）

手把手教你怎么Claim疫苗费用/身体检查(请看图3）：
Step 1 ：到任何诊所/医院打疫苗/身体检查（医院/指定Lab）（先付费后才Claim）
Step 2 ： 记得跟医院拿receipt，确认名字+疫苗名称/身体检查项目+价格+日期
