Our ESG Mission: Giving back to society and protecting our planet.

For Sunflower Aromatherapy Malaysia, this isn't just a slogan; it's a principle we have upheld since our inception. From the very beginning, we chose to simplify our packaging, rejecting the trend of excessive and complicated "over-designing.“ Our founder, Helen (affectionately known as 'Grandma Helen'), often poses a question to our customers: "If I put this essential oil or perfume bottle in a beautiful, elaborate outer box, would you keep that box? Where would it eventually end up?“ Almost unanimously, the answer is: "In the trash bin.“

Helen would then say, "So, why should we create that extra box, just to waste our planet's precious resources?“ This simple reflection defines our packaging philosophy: Keep only what is necessary, and refuse needless waste. We firmly believe that true quality does not need an ornate box to prove its worth. By simplifying our packaging, Sunflower Aromatherapy Malaysia is not just reducing unnecessary waste; we are actively fulfilling our commitment to "protecting our planet." This is perfectly in line with the core spirit of ESG.

What a beautiful and meaningful afternoon it was! ✨
Our Pink October event, held on 18 October 2025 at Biddy’s Café, Kuching, brought together so many wonderful souls in a celebration of love, strength, and wellness.

We were deeply inspired by our founder Helen Chen’s heartfelt sharing on self-love, our invited guests sharing their self-love discovering journeys, and it was such a joy to see guests exploring our Sunflower Aromatherapy products, creating their own signature perfumes, and enjoying a warm afternoon tea together. ☕🌷

Thank you to everyone who joined us in embracing the spirit of Pink October and supporting breast cancer awareness. Your presence, laughter, and love made this event truly special. 💖

We are deeply honoured that Malaysia Sunflower Aromatherapy House was given the opportunity to sponsor the door gifts for the Sarawak Women for Women Society (SWWS) 40th Anniversary Gala Dinner.

It was our pleasure to provide our "Revival Rub" for all attendees, and we hope it brought a touch of comfort and wellness to the memorable evening.

A special highlight for us was the distinct honour of presenting a gift to the esteemed Minister for Women, Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development Sarawak, YB Dato' Sri Fatimah Abdullah. We had the privilege of showcasing our lotion, specially crafted from Sarawak's precious local Engkabang oil, which was presented in a handmade pink bag.

We are proud to share the unique potential of local ingredients and craftsmanship. Thank you once again to SWWS for this incredible opportunity and trust.
