经家属说明，这位病患因脑部受损，生活无法自理，长期需要他人照顾。早前患者独居在偏远的 Lubut Hantu🏡，无人照料，也不便前往医院复诊。基于安全与医疗考量，女婿将她接回家中照顾，以便日常看护与就医安排。然而，长期卧床对病患与照顾者而言都是一项挑战，一张合适的病床🛏️能够大大减轻照护负担，也让病患拥有更基本的舒适。
