Many people are often confused by the word “sports” in sports massage therapy and think it’s only meant for athletes — but in truth, it’s beneficial for everyone.
I first began my sports massage journey with the goal of helping athletes perform at their best. Along the way, I discovered that many others also struggle with muscle aches — whether from long hours at work, daily stress, or minor sprains from everyday activities.
That realization inspired me to bring the benefits of sports massage therapy to the wider community. Helping both athletes and non-athletes find relief, move freely and feel better in their bodies has become the most rewarding part of what I do✊🏻
