We specialize in a small/medium class setting to provide you with more personal attention. Our yoga classes are semi private in nature with a maximum of 10 - 15 students of most classes. Our small class setting and friendly, homey yoga studio is a wonderful place where you can release stress, to become more flexible and stronger, make new acquaintance and learn something new

无论是间歇性、还是较长期的 #断食 ,都是减脂减肥最有效的方法,但前提是方法必须正确!

许多人断食失败的主要原因,并不是因为缺乏意志力,而是他们不懂得如何控制自己的 #饥饿感 。断食但不会有饥饿感的诀窍在于了解不同的食物对身体机能的不同反应。我们不相信盲目的进行断食,而是让学员掌握对 #食物 的科学知识,以便他们能够成功地实施适合自己身体和生活方式的断食措施。

在为期7天的断食营中,我们将会在邓普勒度假基地留宿 4 天(星期五至星期一),其余时间将在会在吉隆坡的 #瑜伽馆 进行。

如果您不打算进行断食,只想放松身心, #拥抱大自然 ,我们也欢迎您参加本次的断食辟谷营(但无需断食)。非断食学员请于星期五(2月28日)下午3点抵达邓普勒度假基地,并于星期一(3月3日)中午12点可以离开。

外地学员请于星期三(2 月 26 日)下午 4 点前抵达吉隆坡,并于星期一(3 月 3 日)下午 3 点左右可以启程回家。

*Fasting Retreat @ Templer Park Reserve*

Fasting, whether intermittent or extended, is the most effective way to control our body fat and lose weight, but only when it is done properly!

The main reason why many people failed in their fasting strategies, is not because of the lack of will power, but rather they don’t know how to manage their hunger. The secret to fasting without feeling hungry lies in understanding how different kinds of foods react differently inside our body. We don’t believe in blindly following instructions, but rather we aspire to empower students with knowledge about food science, so they can successfully implement fasting strategies suited to their body and lifestyle.

During this 7-days program, we will spend 4 days 3 nights (Friday to Monday) at the Templer Park Retreat, and the remainder of the days at the studio in Kuala Lumpur.

If you’re not planning to fast, but still would like to join the retreat to relax and be surrounded by nature and friends, we also welcome you to join this Retreat (without fasting). Non-fasting participants will arrive at the Retreat on Friday (28 Feb) 3pm and leave on Monday (3 Mar) 12 noon.

Outstation students please arrive in Kuala Lumpur on Wed (26 Feb) by 4pm, and you may depart home on Monday (3 Mar) around 3pm.
