Open for Collaboration and private & group classes My name is Komathi Wasudawan, Malaysian. I started Hatha Yoga in 2010 and got certified as a Hatha Yoga Instructor in September 2015. In addition, I hold a diploma in yoga therapy and began teaching in 2019. I believe our bodies do wonders with flexibility; hence, I don’t use proms in my classes. Over time, your yoga practitioner gets the poses perfectly. I do focus on breathing or pranayama with Kapalbhati. It helps improve blood circulation and oxygen levels. In addition to Kapalbhati, ratio breathing, for example, 6:12 and 7:14 for inhalation and exhalation. This breathing pattern aims to reduce anxiety. Let us integrate Hatya Yoga into your lifestyle for body, soul and mind relaxation and nerve soothing.
