笑的时候会漏尿,不是因为我太疯,是因为我生过孩子。

我的其中一名client和我分享:
“我一直以为这是当妈妈之后的代价。
直到有天,我跳绳不到30秒就湿了内裤,
我才知道:这已经不是“习惯”了,是身体在向我求救。

我开始查资料、上网找治疗方案,才第一次认真知道——
原来有一种肌肉叫“盆底肌”,它掌管了我的大小便、性、甚至自信感。

但最让我意外的是,
我居然可以在不脱衣服的情况下,线上进行盆底评估。
没有尴尬、不用去医院、没有冰冷的器械,
就像跟一个朋友聊天一样。

Angela, 盆底物理治疗师,她温柔地引导我做动作,一点点评估问题,给我适合的训练方式。
那一刻我才发现:
