Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, Eden is a purpose-built senior care home in a beautiful residential setting in Kuching-Saramarahan Expressway. Eden is a licensed nursing care facility registered under Ministry of Health, Malays

ia and a licensed elderly care center registered under Social Welfare Department. Eden is the finalist of the 4th Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards 2016 for the best Residential Aged Care. Eden also shortlisted as a finalist for the 9th Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards 2021 for the Innovation of the Year category - Caregiver Model. The 71-bedroom facility has its own restaurant, hair salon, clinic, physiotherapy room, 120-seat auditorium and social lounge. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, flat-screen television, electronically adjustable bed and a 24-hour nurse call system, plus free WiFi. As well as delivering long-term residential and nursing care, our care residence provides short term respite care, specialist care for people living with dementia, Parkinson's plus palliative and end of life care. Our program is designed to give your loved ones everything they need. During their stay, they will have nursing and social care in a supportive environment. - Diploma or Degree in Nursing

Following World Health Day, EDEN collaborated with Klinik Pergigian Kota Samarahan under the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MoH) to conduct an oral health awareness session for staff and residents.

Our staff attended a dental care talk, gaining valuable knowledge on daily oral hygiene care. Residents also received routine oral health screening by dentists, which is important as oral health plays a key role in overall well-being and quality of life.

As a Ministry of Health-registered nursing care facility, we are able to leverage governmental support mechanisms for the benefits our residents.

We would like to thank Dr. Muhammad Saiful Bin Mohd Fauzi and team for their support and dedication. 🧡

喜登园与卫生部三马拉汉牙科诊所合作，共同举办口腔健康讲座及检查活动。活动中，护士护工们参与了牙科医生主讲的口腔健康讲座，学习日常护理与预防知识；长者住户则接受了口腔健康筛查，以确保及早发现与关注相关健康问题。作为卫生部注册护理中心，喜登园致力与政府专业医疗团队合作，为长者住户提供优质及持续的照护服务。

Our residents enjoyed a meaningful arts and crafts session, learning to fold origami horses in celebration of Chinese New Year. 🐴🪭🧧

Origami is a good activity for elderly residents as it helps stimulate hand movement, improve focus, and support cognitive and mental engagement. Our therapists work closely with residents to guide and encourage participation according to their abilities.

It was a lovely activity that helped keep residents active and in the festive spirit, bringing small but meaningful moments of joy to Life at EDEN. ❤️
